Brad Senstra
Vice President/Executive Director

Brad joined SRM as Executive Director in August of 2007. Brad brings a wealth of experience in both healthcare administration and finance. Most recently he was Director of Finance at Virginia Mason Medical Center, a nationally renowned hospital and multi-specialty clinic, a position he held for 5 years. Previous to that Brad worked at Premera Blue Cross, starting as a Provider Network Coordinator and working his way to Manager of the Provider Contracting Team for the Western Washington Region.

Brad has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a concentration in Mathematics from North Dakota State University. Brad also holds a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Washington. Brad lives with his family in Seattle and has been living and working in the area since 1993.

 

David Ball, PhD.
Lab Director

Dr. Ball is a world-renowned laboratory director who has joined the outstanding SRM team in the summer of 2007. After completing training in reproductive physiology, Dr. Ball began his career in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) as an assistant professor at the Mayo Medical School in 1983. His activities encompassed clinical ART, fertility diagnostic testing, and basic research. After 10 years, Dr. Ball entered the private practice sector where he has simultaneously directed multiple laboratories across the country. While entrenched in the Midwest, Dr. Ball found the opportunity in Seattle too good to pass up and has made the move to the Pacific Northwest. more

Carol Levy
Director of Operations
Carol Levy

Carol assumed her position at SRM in June 2006 having been associated with the company as a consultant since the initial development & build-out in 2004. She has over thirty years of experience in Medical Practice Management, eleven of these in the Infertility field.

Carol was the Director of Operations at Shady Grove Fertility Reproductive Science Centers, where she focused on project management & staff development and where she participated in developing the practice into one of the largest IVF practices in the country. From 2002 – 2004 she worked as a consultant with Integramed America, providing operations management expertise to their partner practices in Boston, Charlotte & Margate & Seattle.

Carol was born and raised in South Africa, having received her degree in Social Work from the University of Natal in Durban. She immigrated to the US in 1987 and currently lives in West Seattle with her significant other.

 

Elizabeth Green
Practice Development Manager

Elizabeth has been with SRM since its start in 2004. As Practice Development Manager Elizabeth develops and executes SRM's marketing communications plans, including referral development programs as well as consumer advertising programs.

For nearly 15 years Elizabeth has held sales and marketing leadership positions within the healthcare arena. Most recently this included serving as Sales Director for a national occupational health company. Elizabeth's experience also includes both sales and marketing positions within the health insurance sector.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Seattle University, where she first completed a Bachelors of Arts degree and later a MBA. She's lived in Seattle since moving here to go to college.

 

Cadi Hammons, PHR
HR & Administrative Services Manager
Cadi Hammons

Cadi joined Seattle Reproductive Medicine in August of 2004 and has enjoyed partnering with physicians, managers and staff in creating a successful organization and building human resources infrastructure for our start-up practice. As an HR Manager, she has been responsible for the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programs at SRM. Cadi brought five years of HR experience to SRM after working as HR Generalist for Gordon Trucking and holding various HR positions at Virginia Mason Medical Center focusing on Compensation and Benefits Administration.

Cadi is a graduate of Washington State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with an Emphasis in Business Administration. She is also a certified professional in human resources (PHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management's, HR Certification Institute.

 

Scott Brown
IT Manager

Scott Brown

Scott has been with the company since its start in 2004. As the IT manager he plays a key role in implementing a wide spectrum of technology solutions as well as providing support for all staff. As Procurement Manager he serves an integral role in establishing the best cost effective and efficient solutions for goods and services our third party vendors provide.

Prior to joining SRM, he served as the IT Technical Supervisor and Network Administrator at Electric Mobility Corp. in NJ. Here he focused on managing the IT Technical Support Staff and implementing and supporting network technologies.

Scott's educational background consists of a Bachelors of Science from Rowan University. He is also a certified Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Certified Novell Administrator (CNA).

Born and raised in New Jersey, Scott now enjoys everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
